Pumpkin Bars

Nothing says fall like pumpkin flavored anything. My family can take down a jelly roll pan of these babies in a day or less. Always a hit!

Didn’t snap a pic soon enough before my son cut a chunk. 😂
Start with butter, grown sugar, granulated sugar and canned pumpkin. Cream them together.
Cream until well incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: Flour, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda. Add in three batches to the wet stuff
Mix until well combined.
Spread into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Once baked, let cool completely (yes it is Thanksgiving and that is Christmas decor. Because 2020).
Once cool, dust with powdered sugar or spread with your favorite cream cheese frosting. Yum!

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

1.5 cups canned pumpkin

2 eggs

1.5 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1.5-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
