
I have been wanting to class up my super bowl eats a bit this year with a charcuterie (say that five times, fast) board. They are such a pretty mix of meats, crackers, fruit, nuts and dips or spreads.
I started with a rustic cutting board and some greens (I used Kale because it is what I had on hand). First things first, little hard salami rounds went on (priorities!), then some gorgeous purple grapes, pimento stuffed olives, crackers, nuts, and colby jack cheese slices.
It was gone before half time, so be sure to prep extra to restock it!
Next time I plan to do more of a Mediterranean version: kalamata olives, mozz cheese balls, cucumber slices, tzatziki dip, pita pieces, and grapes. Mmmmm!
